Please note, that effective 16.10.2023 visa centre in Helsinki will be opened on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Submission of visa applications is from 9 to 13, ready passports collections is from 9 to 16. Filling in of passport applications for Russian citizens is from 14 to 16.
