Information for the spectators of UEFA EUROtm 2020 matches
Foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving in the Russian Federation as spectators of UEFA EURO 2020тм matches can enter the Russian Federation multiple times without a visa using valid identity documents recognised by the Russian Federation as such and FAN IDs during the period starting 14 days before the first UEFA EURO 2020™ match in Saint Petersburg and ending on the date of the last UEFA EURO 2020™ match in Saint Petersburg, i.e. from 00:00 on 29 May 2021 to 23:59 on 2 July 2021 (local Russian time).
Multiple departure from the Russian Federation is possible during the period starting 14 days before the first UEFA EURO 2020™ match in Saint Petersburg and ending 10 days after the date of the last UEFA EURO 2020™ match in Saint Petersburg, i.e. from 00:00 on 29 May 2021 to 23:59 on 12 July 2021 (local Russian time).
In the Russian Federation, in accordance with Directive of the Chief State Sanitary Inspector of the Russian Federation No. 7 “On Enforcement of Isolation Regime to Prevent Spread of COVID-19” dated 18/03/2020 (as amended), when crossing the State Border of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons must have a medical document (in Russian or English) confirming a negative COVID-19 PCR test of material collected not earlier than 3 calendar days of the day of their arrival in the Russian Federation.

Многократный въезд в Российскую Федерацию иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, прибывающих в Российскую Федерацию в качестве зрителей матчей УЕФА ЕВРО 2020тм, осуществляется без оформления виз по действительным документам, удостоверяющим личность и признаваемым Российской Федерацией в этом качестве, и Паспорту болельщика в течение периода, начинающегося за четырнадцать дней до даты проведения первого матча УЕФА ЕВРО 2020тм в Санкт-Петербурге и заканчивающегося в день проведения последнего матча УЕФА ЕВРО 2020тм в Санкт-Петербурге, т.е. с 00.00 часов 29 мая 2021 года по 23.59 часов 2 июля 2021 года (время местное, российское).
Многократный выезд из Российской Федерации возможен в течение периода, начинающегося за четырнадцать дней до даты проведения первого матча УЕФА ЕВРО 2020тм в Санкт-Петербурге и заканчивающегося через десять дней после даты проведения последнего матча УЕФА ЕВРО 2020тм в Санкт-Петербурге, т.е. с 00.00 часов 29 мая 2021 года по 23.59 часов 12 июля 2021 года (время местное, российское).
